from 81cm x 111cm mount board sheet size : 70cm x 100cm, a 50cm x 70cm, a 30cm x 40cm and a 15cmx 20cm as for inner window mounts for outer window mounts as for double mounts use as cutting diagrams with windows cut around 2cm larger, for 1cm difference between inner and outer. see plans pages also for ___ : 60cm x 80cm, a 40cm x 50cm and a 25cm x 30cm : 70cm x100cm, a 50cm x 60cm, a 30cm x 40cm a 15cm x 20cm and two at 20cm x 25cm Artwork as landscape format made on A1 size paper cropped to 54cm x 84cm ( 5.4cm x 84cm off-cut ) is suitable in size of paper for picture framing in a 70cm x 100cm "standard size picture frame" as window mounted, 50.6cm x 81.6cm as a landscape format mount window size. 1cm overlap allowance extra added to the mount window size is a minimum tolerance margin for window mounting in practice. Top fixing of artwork to mount by starch pasted paper or fine textile 'hanging straps' on the back of the artwork and mount is usually reliable. 54cm x 84cm is therfore the working size for the artwork.
