Artwork as landscape format made on Imperial size paper
56cm x 76cm
is suitable in size for picture framing in a
60cm x 80cm "standard size picture frame" as window mounted,
43cm x 64cm as landscape format mount window size.

45cm x 66cm as artwork size at landscape format on account of necessity for extra
1cm overlap allowance added to the mount window size as a reasonable amount of tolerance margin for window mounting in practice.

5cm top and sides margins and 6cm base margin
remaining as clear margin between the edge of the Imperoal size artwork paper and the edge of the artwork.
6cm total mounting overlap margin between size of meunt window and edge of artwork paper.

Artwork as landscape format made on A1 size paper cropped to
59.4cm x 79.4cm
affords artwork edges to paper edges margins top and sides
6.2cm and 7.2cm base margin
Artworks as face mounted for portfolio or browser-display viewing, having these sorts of sizes of plane paper margins, looks well to the eye as seen before finished window mounting with
8cm top and sides and 9cm base margins

Two starch pasted paper or fine textile 'hanging straps' are used for fixing links at the top of the artwork paper to the back mount as usually reliable so long as the framed and mounted artwork is kept in an upright position or stored horizontally.

Working according to these measurements then the window mount's cut-out window centre may further be suitable in size to make a
40cm x 50cm size window mount
and then the centre cut-out from that for mount size
25cm x 30cm
and then the centre cut-out from that as off-cut material, as with other off-cuts material, for small paintings etc.

off cut extra from 81cm x 111cm for two at 40cm x 50cm and centres for two at 25cm x 30cm
